David,
I'm so sorry about the response (or lack of one) from the DOPS team at
UVA. I have been retired for several years now, and my health has declined
to the point that I no longer go in to the office or have any substantial
interaction with people there. There has been some turnover in staff since
I left, and I don't feel that I know some of the newcomers well.
I agree with you about the Burpo story. And as for Eben Alexander, he
describes his experience as partly hallucination, which raises questions
about how one draws the line in an experience between what's real and
what's not. But I'm not ready to dismiss your experience as a
hallucination. Whatever the source of your experience, I saw much that was
deeply profound in both your experience and in what you created
afterwards.
Best wishes always,
Bruce

Subject: My Experience
Bruce,
Last year I reached out to your team for help, and I received a response
from one team member that my situation was above his pay grade. That was
rude. He should of never sent that callus response.
After complaining to your manager, I received a response from another team
member that I would be contacted in a week, and that contact never
happened. That was an insult, so I withdrew from your program.
In your last email you said that you were sorry that I FEEL that your team
was unwilling to help. The reality is that your team ignored me.
After 20 years of creation, research, and experimentation, I have come to
the firm conclusion that my death experience was in reality a
hallucination.
I have reviewed hundreds of death experiencer's stories, and I listened to
a couple of death experiencer's at their book signings.
I met Eben Alexander at a book signing, I listened to his recollection,
and without a doubt he had a hallucination. Please. He had a
Hallucination.
Most of the death recollections are deeply religious in nature. Most
likely a regurgitation of Sunday school teachings.
For example; I am convinced that the Burpo story is a cash cow created by
Pastor Burpo. The inclusion of the unborn child's name is key as to why
the book is a fake.
Recently, I have conducted my final experiment by sending several emails
to Catholic authorities. All the links can be found in the below Dorner
link.
In those emails, I explain that I have an equation that is a message from
God that is on the name of God, I AM, and that the Pope should watch me
draw him his KnoWell.
Thus if my death experience was real, and Father did give me a message
that resulted in the KnoWell, then God-Father will ensure that the KnoWell
reaches the Pope.
In my last email to the Catholic church, I petition for an investigation
into a potential Transfiguration event at the Immaculate Conception Shrine
on 6 Aug 1982. There are links to several emails that builds my case.
There is a link included to a video that was created by Ai from my best
written recollection of my experience.
If the Catholic church responds, I will re-evaluate my position, but I am
not holding my breath.
I appreciate all the years in our research, especially that you provided
me feedback, and that you seemed to take genuine interest in my work.
Regards,
David
