Subject: First of the Month

Gentlemen,

When I was a child, there were several occasions when my grandfather Logan O'Hern, the original owner of Shepard, would take me with him to collect the rent checks.

Logan would walk to each office, knock his cane on the door frame, and say, "First day of the month." I have his cane.

For nearly seven and a half years, I have painfully struggled with the horrendous legal system that has yet to provide me relief. I have a judgement, but I have yet to receive relief.

In the spirit of my grandfather, I want to knock Logan's cane on my father's estate.

I am formally requesting that you send a demand for payment letter to my father's estate with the current total including the interest earned since the trial date.

If the estate is not willing or not able to pay, I request that the estate be forced into bankruptcy.

David
